One of which being our moving to Florida and a tight timeline to complete our home purchase there. Another involving our buyer’s buyer. Despite those challenges Wendy and James were there every step of the way, always were available to answer any questions, expediting where they could, and frequently updating us during the process. We would encourage anyone preparing to sell their home to call them!
